What Your Apprenticeship app does

If you're currently on an apprenticeship, the app can help you plan your workload, prepare for your apprenticeship assessment, and give you access to apprenticeship guidance and support. 

 Use the app to: 

• view details about your apprenticeship, such as your planned end date 
• organise your workload by adding tasks and setting reminders  
• gather evidence for your apprenticeship assessment by linking your tasks to the knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) they helped you gain 
• access apprenticeship guidance and support 

Who Your Apprenticeship app is for

Your Apprenticeship app is available for all apprentices. To use this app, you must be: 

• a minimum of 15 years old 
• on an apprenticeship

How to sign in to Your Apprenticeship app

To sign in to the app you'll need a GOV.UK One Login. You might already have one if you previously applied for an apprenticeship on the GOV.UK website. If you do not have one, you can create one when you first open the app.

After you've signed in, we may need some more information to get you set up on the app. If we do, we'll ask for your:

• name
• date of birth
• apprenticeship course
• training provider's name

You'll be able to confirm that all the information we have is correct, and then you'll be ready to start using the app.
